"I did it because I didnt want to hurt you..." OH PLEASE

Why is it that when a male doesn't give you the time of day but as soon as you find someone else who will, he wants to run back and give you the lame excuse:
"I backed away because I didn't want to hurt you" or "I did it because I started to fall in love with you"
Is it me or is that just a recurring cop out?
It always happens as soon as the guy finds out that you are happy with someone else that they start to feel insecure and lonely and feel like by telling you these things you will automatically run back to them in a heart beat.
THINK AGAIN MY FRIEND.
I HATE that. If any of you have already seen the Tyler Perry movie " Why did I get married 2" then you know exactly what I'm referring to as one example - MIKE!
I don't want to spill any parts to this wonderful movie but hes the type of guy that seen his ex happy with her life and regrets how he treated her all those years. Nothing you say or do will make a strong , independent woman run back to you after you hurt her like it was nothing! WAKE UP.
Granted I'm not speaking for every woman because there are some who just cant let go of the past and will decide to run back to the man that they gave all their attention and boo privileges too; but there are those who say WHATEVER..on the next one (swizzy voice)
It's so annoying to have to go through that and some of my girlfriends have gone through it and was strong enough to say " well if he didn't want me then, its his lost not mine" and I commend them for that.

"Spokeo" is SP0OKY

SO here's the deal,
I was informed from a friend today on the ever so popular FACEBOOK..(FB for all you acronym users) that there is a website called http://www.spokeo.com/ that list everything about you. I'm pretty sure its been around for awhile but im just now finding out about it. Its an online phone book where anyone can look you up and snitch on you (lol).
Now when I say everything I mean your credit score, your street address, your number of course, as well as any other information they want to show including the names and ages of people who live with you in your household.
EXCUSE ME?
Of course I had to check it out for myself and see what they had underneath my name. I was pretty scared to be honest to even type in the URL. nowadays the minute you type something on the web , people can access almost every detail about you..ughh
I entered the site and typed in my name and low and behold there I was; not only one profile but TWO profiles open linked to my full name.
I opened them and found a 3d map of my street and whole slew of other information that has no business being there. I was UPSET! No bueno kids no bueno.
Luckily , there is a privacy link right at the bottom of the site that you can click on and have your information deleted from this spooky website they call spokeo. What a catchy name isn't it? Very clever, however, I SUGGEST YOU TAKE A LOOK AT THIS SITE AND DELETE YOUR INFO AT ONCE! I know there are probably millions of sites like this one, but as long as I found it I'm going to do everything in my power to take action and so should you.

So... my name is Charlene and I'm a blog aholic. Phew ok getting that out the way.....
I read TONS of blogs a day and figure..hmmm maybe I should start one of my own and chit chat about my everyday life and what intrigues me on a daily, weekly, monthly, yearly....(you get the point) basis.
Long story short.. I LOVE MY LIFE and all the flaws associated with it. Let's be honest with ourselves, nobody is perfect and we all know that so hey I live by the Phrase:
WETHER YOU LIKE ME OR NOT, IM GUNNA BE LIKE THIS TOMORROW.
BAM! Thats it. what more can you say to that? :)

I wont ramble on and on about a whole lot but I am a TV Finatic! I love television and everything dealing with television, hence going to school and graduating with a bachelors in TV/Video production. The job market isn't how it used to be ,as we all know, so I havent landed a secure job in my field since graduating , but that doesnt stop me from freelancing here and there or volunteering just to keep my feet above water when it comes to continued learning of the skill.
To everyone who is struggling looking for a job...dont give up! I'm so serious. Things will take a turn for the better. God doesn't give you things that you cannot handle so this too shall pass.
On that note , I'm going to leave now and finish up my work thats so patiently sitting here waiting for me to dive in. lol
